Help me pls. I am not the sandbagger

Lichess doubt me as a sandbagger. lichess always say me:"You have lost a couple games after a few moves. Please note that you MUST try to win every rated game.
Losing rated games on purpose is called "sandbagging", and is not allowed on Lichess.

This letter i have seen too many time.

I am not the sandbagger, i lost the point is because my connection too weak.But today,lichess give me last warning:"
In your game history, you have several games where you clearly have intentionally lost the game. Attempts to artificially manipulate your own or someone else's rating are unacceptable.

If this behaviour continues to happen, your account will be restricted."

How should i do? This is really the connection problem.

If it is an ISP problem, there is nothing we can do about it.
What you can try doing is switching to a more reliable ISP, or to play correspondence, in which losing connection for a few minutes/hours does not affect your game as much.

@Golismeando-manchego Why are you accusing @jameskkk of being in the Ku Klux Klan?
1) That's accusing him of being racist that comes out of nowhere. You can't just use the kkk in his name like that.
2) He lives in Malaysia, I'm not sure he's even very aware of the KKK.
