6.5 Difficult Trivia Questions for smart people.

Only know 2 and 5: Indian/Pacific Ocean, and Japan. The Japan one is really easy. All you have to do is just think of the main Asian country that fought against the Allies in WW2. Since you said "oceans" for the first one instead of ocean, I assume there are two oceans bordering Australia. You can also justify 3 if you count the Antarctic Ocean.
I think it was to do with their relations with the US. Both wanted dominance. They didn’t really have anything against England and France, and had solid relationships with Germany I think, so they chose primarily to act against the Allies due to having conflict with America (they attacked pearl harbour) . America then used the atomic bomb, which helped win the war in Japan, destroying major parts of the country. Personally, I think if Einstein was allowed on the atomic bomb project, the allies would have won the war much quicker.
As for WW1, like Italy I think, they joined because they realised the allies would win, and wanted land, or things out of the ordeal to make their country stronger.

5. Japanese Soldiers killed quite a few German Soldiers in China while fighting with the British. Unfortunately, they also accidentally killed quite a few British Soldiers (believing they were Germans) As a result, the British wore Japanese uniforms on further campaigns so the mistake wouldn't happen again.
