1st Lichess Standard Bots Competition - Segment 3

@BlazikenBot2000 will participate.

It will be running Stockfish 11 64 bit on free Heroku worker dynos, so not much computing power.

In the first segment I used Stockfish 9, I'm hoping to win at least 1 game this time after switching to a stronger engine :)

It's great to see a bot from the first segment return. As mentioned in the rules of the competition, bots can still join even if they haven't played in previous segments or did play in the first segment, but skipped the second one.

Stockfish 12 just got released today, so I will actually be using that instead :)

Because we're playing 3 rounds at a time, I didn't use the Ranking8/ScoreIBonus/OppI of the RVDP system, I will use that for the final standing. It's also more difficult to make good pairings with few participants.
