Dubious Cheating Recognition

Please note that I addressed two issues:
The first is that the cheating recognition is so strict that some users get banned although they have never cheated. This is why I have added the game. Please at least understand my point.

The second issue I posted because I was told that I must write to appeal for the banned account which I am not able to do. Probably this information was not correct?!

Use lichess.org/appeal, that's the only way.

"Sorry we don't take appeals from other accounts. The appeal should come from nowhere else, but the concerned account."

I do understand your point. What I can tell you is that if mods thought they were cheating then most likely they were. If they are innocent and want to appeal then they have to follow that link. I repeat, there is nothing you or anyone else can do.

If someone told you to appeal on their behalf they were wrong. The appeal process must be used exclusively by the player who was marked, or alternatively by their parents if it's a player in kid mode.

So tell that account to use appeal himself, you can't appeal for other people
