I 'd like to be.....

I would like to be a moderator and consultant for Lichess.

What do I have to do to be one?

and indeed, your question is answered in the faq. i assume ignoring red warning signs is not something lichess loves in their moderators and consultants.
Ok, ...but who decides who becomes a moderator or consultant? Are they the same moderators, or supervisors of the platform?
Help Lichess in coding or in translation. But not necessary to be a mod to help Lichess everyday!

Ok you're right, when someone is right, ....you're right.

However, in business if I responded like that to a customer I would be fired immediately by my boss.

But here, we're not in a company, you're not a trader, I'm not your customer, it's the mood that is not assertive. Having said that, I repeat, you're right.

Ps. if I were a moderator or a consultant, the first thing I would propose would be "What kind of mood to have and how to treat the players, who turn to the moderators for answers" in full respect of netiquette, which must not only come from us humble players but it has to be a 1 to 1 ratio on both sides.
And I think across the board they will tell you this would definitely be a green flag.

Best luck for your country.

in business, if i didn't read the faq of the company and posted vaguely threatening posts towards costumers about how they'd be fired in business, i'd be fired immediately as well. i am saying this assertively.

if I had a euro, for every person who didn't read a sign or notice I would probably be a millionaire.
But I would never dream of responding in an unassertive way towards them.

It's education and respect for people.

Ps. i repeat, you're right about the faq

where's the assertiveness in talking about firing people? you are being very unassertive. i am not sure i can respect that.
There was probably a misunderstanding.

I said that if I responded in the same way as you responded, in my world (that of commerce) I would be fired.
Why?
Because it's not done, it's not used, it's not said like that.

Any trainer would tell you that. It was a simple metaphor.

Ps. i repeat you're right
