What element do we need the most?

There are over 100 elements in the periodic table, which one do you think we need the most?

For living of course oxygen. but Si Al Fe or Ca are important as well. H also

Same thing goes for all the trace elements . No form of life can evolve merely on oxygen nitrogen hydrogen carbon.
