Anyone help me suggestion on how to deal with a sudden death ?

Can anyone give me some suggestion on how to deal with a death , coz it's kind of sensetive topic sorry to Lichess community and forum etiquette , but i m confused . Like my GrandFather left us on 22nd March 2023 at 10:30 PM night . I was so shocked and confused whe he died , he was like around 80 year old , and he was suffering from jaundice . In which the doctor said his jaundice level should be from 0 to 37.1 something , but his level was around 1,27,634 . I know it's unbelievable to hear and think but it's true , i m just 18 . Please suggest me how deal with that . Please .. People can privately DM me for giving me suggestions .
You need to give yourself time to deal with this.

As bad as it may be for you right now in time you will come to grips with this.

Reach out to the people you know and who will support you ( family, friends or a pastor or professional ) to find solace and comfort while you work this out. ( let them know you need help or just want some company/support )

They can give you the help you need while you are processing this.

Don't give up, mate! Don't be too hard on yourself! Breathe in deeply and tell yourself that Jesus Christ is with you and Lord in there to help you.

You cant. You will live with that forever. You just have to accept he isnt there anymore. Keep moving forward, he would like to see you get through this.

My aunt passed away 7 years ago, still feels like yesterday the last time I talked to her.
Other uncle passed away in November last year. We just have to keep moving forward. Always hurts.

But that is kinda the thing, if it hurts, it means they are still with us in our memory. People leave us, but they never die until we forget. Never forget, but life isnt stopping. Keep moving forward. Accept death is part of life.

By the way. if you still have something to tell him, just do it, either an email, a note, a letter, and actually send it. Get it out of your chest. It actually helps.

Try and remember all that was good about your grandfather. Be glad that you had him until he was 80.
It will get better with time. I hope you are looking for and getting support from your family. - :]
