User insulted me, lichess told me he was banned but actually he wasn't

Have you guys had any experiencie like this?

I can't tell the user is not banned because he was active 10 minutes ago (information based on his own profile).

lichess don't show any evidence of the banning.

He was probably banned from chatting and posting on the forum, but is apparently not banned from playing games.
