I've been waiting for a response on appealing my computer chess assistance ban for several days now.
I've played on this site for 6 years... why would I start cheating now?
The least the administrators can do, is point out what game triggered the alleged violation.
1. It depends, may take some time. But once your case is examined and the mark is deemed to be a mistake, you'll get unbanned.
2. People do all kind of stuff.
3. Not going to happen, for obvious reasons.

The thing about lichess is they have appointed some of the immature moderators. It's becuase of these people we suffer a lot. I posted a query yesterday and they closed it saying public shaming. I am "OK" with everything except for some moderators. If you ask any queries there won't be a timely response. Sorry to say I was one of the victims.
I have opinions about possible abstract ideas (such as having an independent review board shared by all chess servers) although moderators seem trustworthy to me.
