I think it would be cool if it was an arena tournament that decided who it was like last year. Just my opinion. I'm just happy to spectate and enjoy the event.

I vote the organiser should have freedom to add up to 2 extra wildcards and in future years to make substitutions mid tournament with players who failed to enter in time in case of withdrawals

I think such a referendum is not legitimate at this point.
okei's suggestion is better: to me it also means that decisions should be taken for the next competition, not in the middle of the current one

A wildcard is a player chosen by the organisers who bypasses qualification. In Wimbledon it goes to a British tennis player who usually isn't very good. Or it could go to Serena Williams when she was coming from being pregnant so had fallen down the rankings.

I support rule flexibility for the sake of a good competition. So I say yes. But all this is because rule flexibility wasn't written into the rules when it should have been. And this is because Fischy thought people respect and trust him more than they respect and trust rules to make a good competition.

who's voting? Just the other candidates or all cwc ppl or all ppl in the team?

Are vetoes in effect? Are supermajorities? Are you allowing people now to vote or are you going to wait until each person has had their say?

We had this before lazy when some of us wanted to.change the rule about engine use mid match. There the rule change many of us wanted wasn't implemented because of enough who want3d to keep it.
