If you can see a players' forum post on their wall but you can't see the comment in the actual forum does that mean they are shadow banned?

There is no such thing as shadow ban

@for_cryingout_loud chat offenders ARE shadowbanned.
It appears to them as if they can still send messages in forums and chats, but nobody else sees it so they won't get any reactions.
If someone has forum posts in their activity log, but you can't access any of them, it's most likely due to a chatban.

meaning they can't talk at all thats not shadowbanning thats chat ban

say Person A breaks the rules and gets banned. Nothing changes for them so they won't know right away. They send a message in a chat and it still appears on screen for *them*. To anyone else (except other shadowbanned people) all they write is invisible.
