Tagging tactic puzzles on tactic training

Hi, thanks lichess for this great website to play chess! I used training tactic from lichess, but currently i use chesstempo because it allow me solve tactic by tactic motifs, maybe lichess can implements it.

Puzzles are too easy, if you already know the tactical motif/motifs. Random puzzles are better.

My Rating in tactiks is ca. 2900-3000. i Need over 10 000 tactiks to reach this average. Can anybody tell me what this Jeans in elo
