freezing clock

The clock freezes at some point during the game, where neither clock is ticking. Then when my opponent makes a move, my clock starts. Then both clocks freeze then he moves and I am timed out.

I have video evidence of this. Please request it and I will send it to you.

I am requesting it, to see if it was a glitch or very major lag, or for real.

In all likelihood, you simply have a poor connection: Check lichess.org/lag or your ping at the bottom of the drop-down menu below your username.
