Not seeing opponent's clock, also when just viewing a game on TV

Pic screenshotted but can't seem to attach. Might be something I've missed, but I did check the preferences. Also, my backgrounds aren't displayed. Might be related. Is it my browser, something else, or a bug?

im having the same issue too. playing on firefox in ubuntu.

Me: Chrome on OS 10.13

This still hasn't been commented on or resolved :(. I feel forced to play on chess.com now, and I don't want to!

Same issue here. Weirdly it displays when playing in a very narrow chromewindow
