is bullet chess good for you brain?

As a 2500 bullet player (Peak 2581, currently 2518) and 2100 ultrabullet (peak 2126, currently 2115) with more than 7,700 games, I can say that bullet will help you with blitz, which helps with rapid, which will benefit classical performance.
I mean, it is better to play standard chess, because there is not much stress. This is because you don't have to worry about you losing time, in comparison to bullet chess, where you have to worry about losing time and the position.

basically this, but it can also screw over your game by making you too impulsive so a good balance is warranted.

But I definitely notice tactics extremely fast compared to my only classical or longer time scale playing friends

Very intelligent comment, I confirm. it is above all a pleasure for me and not what I consider to be pure chess. I think that online, real chess starts at 5+0

Probably good for focus, but if you play too much, it might harm you.
