An Injustice acted upon my friend.

Hello, I wanted to discuss a matter of utmost importance. To begin with, I have an extremely important matter. Someone whom I know, which I play with, you have banned. This person's name is @StockedOnStockfish. I wanted to ask you why you did this. 1. He didn't do anything wrong. 2. He didn't make multiple accounts. 3. He didn't take part in any Cyber Bullying. I am greatly displeased with Lichess because of this. You have ruined our time together playing on Lichess now because you banned @StockedOnStockfish.
@MrPushwood
Recording ? What is the relation between what he is saying and what you are saying ?
@RyzenBOT
The account is closed, so either
a) Lichess moderators had enough evidence to believe that closing the account entirely, rather than flagging, was the better option; or
b) The user decided to terminate his account by his own decision.

Regarding the writing style of the complaint: if you are going to go with an essay-format, I would recommend avoiding two consecutive and equivalent introductory sentences-- you already established that the matter was important with your first sentence, so there is no need to restate it immediately. I would also recommend that you place your thesis at the beginning, in order to avoid issues with ambiguity of purpose: are you questioning the decision, or are you condemning lichess?
Just because this is a chess website doesn't mean we can't help others improve in non-chess matters.
And I do legitimately feel as though his purpose in writing this was unclear.
