There is a chrome extension which I use. It shows the flag of your opponent and you during the game.

Being nicer is useful too. One might say its more important.

@BCGolem sure (for both one's self and others) but anyone who's not nice ought not have joined in the first place, and hopefully will notice they're being consistently blocked throughout their not nice encounters with others.

Haven't spotted any not nice members yet, probably helps for that not to have chat function during game playing. On other sites, the chat function's often abused to attempt to distract opponents.
