DGT Support

#40, if your are referring to the Android App I mentioned in #39 - yes, I did - works fine with my DGT board (Bluetooth). It has text-to-speech output as well, so you don't have to look at the phone/tablet during play other than to check you time once in a while.
#41 Oh, that's lovely indeed! I own a DGT with serial interface, quite old but still perfectly working. I have checked with DGT support, my board is upgradable to USB but not to Bluetooth. That's a pity :-(
However I've been told that "DGT projects" can sell separately the newest boards from the chessmen because chess sets like mine are still compatible with the current board's sensors.
As soon as I will find 500 spare Euros I'll buy the board :-)
Hi everyone,

I have programmed a small application called ChessGuard to get an interface of the DGT board with online chess portals. In it's current version it's running on Windows 10, 64bit and can be downloaded via www.chessguard.com.
You need to have RabbitPlugin DLL from DGT be installed ( 64bit version ).
Here's a small video showing how to setup the program with lichess.org:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRwOUDbQjnc
To setup the program you need to click the upper left and lower right corner, along with a click on an empty white and black square. To work with lichess you also need to activate the drag and drop option. You can store these settings in different presets, so you don't need to setup multiple times. After that just press the button play white or play black ( board needs to be rotated in this case ).

Hope for some feedback :)
Regards,
Thomas

Okay. I have confirmed a successful install and implementation of this tool.

There is a little bit of a delay but does work as advertised.
Mouse click simulation is not allowed. Users of this program will be automatically detected as cheaters.
Thanks for clarifying ,maybe should be with big bold letters somewhere...
I've tested this program with dgt board at least in one game , seemed ok .. :)
Hopefully acid ape chess is allowed otherwise dgt board is useless :(
@46:
dear thibault,
why a mouse click simulation is classified as cheating? Just curious, can't figure out myself.
Thanks in advance
In Germany it is allready available and the price is 280 EUR (roughly 335 USD)
