How do I report abuse/death threats to me and family?

So I congratulated a guy for a good game today and he threatened to stalk and kill me and my family.

I took a screenshot, can i report this please?

Go to his profile page and up in the right hand corner there is an icon (a triangle with an "!" in it) that is used to report abuse.

Hope this guy wasn't serious and you and your family are safe.

There's no way this person could find you, all you are is an Avatar playing chess, a bad loser will always throw threats, insults, cry and proceed to smash there room up because they lost a game of chess, probably threatens his whole family when he loses a game of Snakes and Ladders too... hehe!

They kicked him anyway!

lichess.org/report is the way to go for reporting people to lichess. Threats are never acceptable and will be dealt with. If you fear for your own or others safety you should contact the local police.

Please report him also at the police. Death threads are far beyond what can be tolerated. Maybe he is a guy who is used to threaten other people in many aspects and maybe he has sometimes an advantage from his ugly behaviour.

Also, you may *not* be sure that he cannot find you. Maybe you have used the same username on other sites and maybe you have given away there some more private info which makes you findable.

Or maybe some third person has used this or a similar nickname on facebook and the threatener believes he is you, and kills him.
