Tournament description improvement

Hi. I noticed in tournament descriptions (e.g. U2000, Hourly Blitz etc) the following two rules. Actually, they are the ONLY rules/explanations stated:

1. At the beginning of the tournament, players are paired based on their rating.
2. As soon as you finish a game, return to the tournament lobby: you will then be paired with a player close to your ranking.

However, I noticed that players are sometimes (often?) paired with players who are WIDELY disparate in both rating and ranking. For example, I got paired (more than once) with players 400 rating points above me AND 20+ places above me. I occasionally got paired also with players way below me both in rating and ranking, which seems to be in direct contraction with the 2 rules above.

My suggestion is to add a third rule/explanation in the tournament description:

3. You should however be aware that you can be paired with anyone in the tournament, regardless of rating & ranking.

While potentially implied, I think this rule should EXPLICITLY be stated, in order to avoid confusion. (Right now, people might assume that they will always be paired with players close in either rating or ranking or both, which is NOT the case. In explicitly stating this 3rd rule, the tournament description will be less misleading.)

Many thanks for considering this.

p.s. Btw, I realize in the grand scheme of things this might not be important, however for the sake of fairness + clarity, I think adding this rule/explanation should be considered.
