I have noticed, on occasion, that I disconnect from lichess... even though I can easily connect to any other website I try. When this happens, it typically takes up to 15 min. before lichess starts responding normally again.
Recently, I lost three games in a row in a tournament, because I never made a move - all three, because I was disconnected from lichess. I couldn't even get back in to withdraw from the tournament!
Can we (a) somehow figure out why this happens and fix it, and (b) if someone loses some number of games in a row without ever making a move, assume that they're disconnected, and withdraw them from a tournament? I hate losing rating points because I can't even get in to withdraw. (I lose enough just by losing games!)
