stockfish level 1 too hard

I'm getting really annoyed to the point where i don't want to play anymore. I normally practice against the computer playing against various stockfish levels. For about 2 months now i HAVE NOT been able to beat stockfish level 1 or any other level. Is this a joke or is stockfish level 1 make the perfect move every time? I remember it making silly mistakes for me to take advantage but now there are non!

please help ASAP!!!
I just played level 1 and beat it without any difficulty. It blunders left right and centre. Just study some tactics and you should beat it without any problem.

I recommend analysing your games and finding out where you went wrong. Here, Stockfish made plenty of mistakes, you just made even more. Practice tactics, tactics, tactics. Endgames too and learn the opening PRINCIPLES but don't get bogged down on specific openings. Once you grasp the basics, Stockfish will seem easier :D

Analysing your games after is a great way to learn.
For some reason, it is SUPER EASY now. I'm not sure if my app got stuck on the highest level and was showing stockfish 1 anyway. But i literally made every bad move i could and still won. Maybe i just had to vent a bit for it to go back to normal.
Simple solution: Play against humans. You'll learn a lot more because humans play like, well , humans. Also you can always find someone with similar rating as yours so that both of you have an even game. Finally it's also just more fun and you can analyze with your opponent afterwards if you want.
WillChav is right. I even pointed it out in the forums but nobody seemed to care.

Compared to the Server "Level 1 Stockfish", the local "Level 1" engine in the app is much stronger. It's by far not unbeatable but for a beginner way too strong. It's the strength difference between the server and local-app-version that seems a bit unbalanced.

I really don't mind this that much but it may discourage some beginners from using the app or giving it a high rating.
@scuffi Good point. When I played lvl 1 in crazyhouse on the offline SF, it was almost impossible.
