Bug: Can't create unrated tournaments anymore

I just tried to set up an unrated tournament from a position (Caro-Kann) and despiste the rating was turned off, the tournament was rated. The same happened to @pepellou with another tournament, also from a custom position (Bongcloud).

Looks like the rating setting doesn't work anymore.

Same problem for me!I tried to create unrated Giuoco Piano thematic tournament,but the rating button did not work.

I hope that developers will fix this bug very soon!
