It's not "mystery 1500?". It's provisional rating.
And if nobody would play them, how can they build a rating?
Anyway, you must have cancelled a LOT of games to actually get a time out / ban...
@SkippyLives Just set rating range in the lobby whichever you want,and you will not have to play with "Mystery 1500" players anymore.
Try to check the ''Mystery 1500s'' other ratings to give you a clue of how good they are
