innovative features for arena tournaments ("From position")

Dear lichess team,

in our training with the squads we love the chance to play given positions ("From Position") as an "arena tournament", for which I might have some requests/innovations:
1. As a tournament manager I would like to set any tournament duration, for instance only 20 minutes, although we are playing 7min+5sec. But there comes the message to increase the duration. We don't need sportily fair results that only can exist after a longer duration, but we want to play a given position only once or twice.
2. It can be that there are two or more players waiting for the next pairings to finally start. I trick the system via 1. logging in from a support account (in a separate browser), 2. participate in the tournament and 3. instant undoing it because I don't want to participate (twice). My point is: If there is only a low number of participiants, the allocation of new pairings should be increased - or the tournament manager should be able to set some/the pairings, especially if it is a non-rated tournament.
3. Our squads train a given theme, e.g. IQP structures, so it would be nice if I could let them play not only one position, but a set of certain positions, say I create a new arena tournament and the settings would allow me a number of different positions, where I just can copy and paste some FENs and the system sets not only the pairings but also randomly/preset a position of the selection -> for me it would be a GAME CHANGER.
4. When it comes to not-rated games, which is forced in matches that start with "From position", it would be nice if there is not a 20-sec countdown at the start of the game, because we want to let them play critical moments. What we are doing now is to help ourselves by giving them the position one move before the critical position and we communicate them the first move for both White and Black, so they can premove once, so that they don't lose because of the 20-sec countdown. We supply the request to them that they shall start with an evaluation of the current position, then to create a plan and only then to play fluently, which wouldn't be possible with a trigger of a 20-sec countdown. Of course, we can continue like now, but some of our players are pretty young and from time to time they don't listen to our given moves, so that we lose some time in checking if everybody listend to our instructions. It should be possible to deny the countdown in not-rated games.

Merry Christmas and thank you so much for your commitment, Philipp :)
