Falling building

I've asked this question to a lot of people, and they all had different responses. Here is the question.

If a building is collapsing, would you want to be on the top, or the bottom? Explain why.

Then my answer is that I would like to be a safe distance away from the collapse but close enough to see it happen ;)

@potatothing Cool, but what if the falling building falls on another building, which in turn magically (tragically) falls on the building in which you're staying to watch the building apocalypse? Guess safe isn't safe, after all.
