How are food priced in your country?

In Brazil, the prices went up during the pandemics. About 30%.

It seems that the prices are up, about 40% since 2020, but we have inflation and a weak currency. The government printed money like there was no tomorrow.
Good Mushrooms costs 1-2 dollars
Milk socts 1 dollar or less, potato can cost 0.5 dollars or more less, broad costs 0.75 dollars or more less.
of course things can be cheaper or much more expensive, but I tell the optimized vatriant to buy a healthy food, if You know where to search
Usd here = 90 around 90 Rub I guess

> Man i went out yesterday and spent $300 for food for two for a month. I admit i splurged a bit, heck everyone deserves Ice cream Once in a while. But you know the basics, hamburger, vegatables ( .98 for a stinking Bell pepper),bread, rice, pasta , all the commoditys. Meat, man that's just getting outrageous. I've had a garden in the past so i'll probably plant one this Year though even the price of plants, fertilizer and water is up.

If you can feed two people a month with 300 dollar that’s very cheap compared to Germany.

1kg bread 5-8 euro (good one)
1kg chicken 8-10 Euro (cheapest)
1kg pork 13-15 euro (cheapest)
Vegetables are also so expensive I’d grow them myself if I was at home enough
1kg potatoes 2 euro
1kg bell pepper 6 euro

To live off 300 dollar you would need to cook every day, no beer, no soft drinks no snacks. We can drink tab water throughout the country tho.

Like a bunch of carrots... or do they not grow well there? Maybe imported? pomegranates are equivalent to like 600 rupees here, certain things are much harder to buy some places

Google Translator is banished on Russia, so:

Prices are rising, but the income for work and pension is also growing - savings are melting away due to inflation. Citizens of the state are more concerned about their adequacy in the field of intangible heritage - in the ability of our children to have rights and responsibilities no worse than those of the older generation, and ideally more. Can you tell me? Perhaps it is sympathy for the difference between man and our brethren in nature.
