Never say bad things about your mom (I do not believe it is so bad). The best way to resolve problems is from where problem occurred. In your case between you and your mom.

2. Make sure to stack those probabilities to 0?

The child guardian (usually parent) has full control that nothing happens to child until they are are legally grown up (18 years old).
If you want your mom does not read your messages: prove her that you can do it. This may take sometime.

The kid get everything he ever wanted (its a toy, IPad, swimming pool,..). So I can say he gets everything. He does not need to do anything to get what he wants. That resolve into emptiness and to fulfill this emptiness he starts doing challenges. The challenges become more and more dangerous until peak of death.

1-2 per day you can mention that you want to go to shopping together with her and set date 1 month into future. This should take effect if there is time and resources. Afterwards "good clothes" can be selected.

Just remember that your mom really cares about you and sacrificed so much just to give birth to you. She is doing all this because she wishes the best for you. She is doing what she thinks is the best for you. No matter how bad your mom can be, she will always care for you.
