why u want to create new acc
if u already have one leaving up an acc jst because rating low is stupidity i thing

afaik sharing accounts isn't allowed on chesscom. you can neither sell nor gift your account to someone else.

You realize that your rating will be low on you new account as well. If you have improved then you rating will improve on your old account as well.
