Cashier's, what actions do you condemn people for?

Stop assuming on behalf of people, I'm against drinking and consuming cigarettes, but my point is that you don't know what these people are living, maybe her daughter is a diabetic, maybe the wine is for guests and not for her, you don't know what happens inside of their houses so you can't judge, and maybe even she might have these snacks at home
Besides the money is hers and these snacks are unhealthy anyways
Why give kids pocket money and then buy more for them? Terrible parenting.
What annoys me as a customer and probably ticks the cashier off is the person that shops at the checkout. Oh,I don't have enough money, what if I put this back, how much then,ok,what if I keep that and put this back, how much then? I know it says buy two get the second for half price but can I just buy the second one? You don't mind if I pay in pennies do you?
Seems like they're always in front of me in line when I only have one item to pay for.

What's your issue? It's none of your business, it's her brain and her actions. Don't focus on strangers' lives.

@BarcelonaGirl While I get that you're trying to hint at hypocrisy here, I feel like this is one of those situations where if you don't know the full story you shouldn't judge anything. To be clear, I'm not saying you should go buy yourself gallons and gallons of alcohol or smoke. But why would a refusal to buy a snack be worthy of condemnation?

Now of course I'm being very nitpicky here. I just feel like if there's anything you want to judge, which I don't think we should ever judge others - it should be judging her for buying alcohol and smoking and not for refusing a snack which seems to be what you're trying to get at here.

You can refuse to buy a snack for any number of reasons. Let me give you just a few:

1) They are allergic to said snack
2) Snack is bad for them
3) Mom already made it clear no snacks
4) The snack is already at home

and so on. As it is a snack (ie a want and not a need) I don't see why not buying it would be that much of an issue.

That said, I don't like people that try to pay for things in pennies. But I'm not a cashier :)
