Was the health insurance mandate reinstated?

Different websites say different things. Some say there is no longer a penalty. Others say I will pay a penalty if I don't get insurance and don't qualify for an exemption. I still get tax forms sent to me from insurance companies since Biden took office.

Anyone know for sure what the deal is? And where it says for sure, such as on the IRS website? I wonder if form 1040 has a fee calculation schedule. If so, do we have to fill it out?

The 2017 1040 has a health insurance item on line 61. 2018 onward have no such line, and are much shorter. I thought 2018 was not included in the repeal, so I'm not 100% sure yet. Getting closer though.

The ACA is such garbage.
