I tried to get into that tournament and it did not work. This is crazy, I am going to report this to lichess, to see what is happening.
that account was created yesterday. probably joined the tournament before it became a bot. i doubt it will be allowed to actually play the tournament.

you should seriously rethink your definition of "big bug" then. most people would call something that makes the website unusable a big bug. this is more like a display bug, which barely qualifies as a bug at all and does not impair the main functions of the website whatsoever.
