It's not a bug.
Most tournaments (and ofc arenas) have an additional condition that u have to be under the rating for the past week as well. Looking at your profile, it says you were rated 2011 on Aug 16, which automatically disqualifies you from participating as the rating for the tournament is capped at <2000.

Also pls ensure form titles are descriptive and in English to prevent moderators from deleting the forum.

I don't think moderators would delete the whole forum, rather they would delete the thread.
