Hacked???

Recently, I've been unable to play any chess games or join any tournaments even if I have fulfilled the restrictions. I don't understand what is going on , and desperate for answers, as I have a chess tournament later.

Haha classic. Cheater pretends to be innocent and not know what happened.

He is not a cheater, But he violated another rule called (sandbagging) losing rated games on purpose.
