Right now my rating in blitz is 1995, but after the last game i played, it was 1989 (the same is in my history: "Played 24 Blitz games 1989"). I had no notifications from lichess, that i was given it back. What the matter?

Did you get a notification that you lost to a cheater? You might have just have been refunded some rating points if you did.

Ah, I understand what happened. In your last 2 games you gained 6 points and then 4 points. However the +6 points only registered after you finished the next game for some reason. Your rating is accurate though, you gained 10 rating in the last 2 games, from 1985 to 1995.

That is possible,if you played two games at the same time.
