You need to focus on ONE (or two, depending on first choice) time control (preferably rapid/classical), and enable move confirmation. You also need 'My System' by Nimzowitch and 'Chess Fundamentals' By Capablanca. You have to do all these things if you don't want to get told off by @tpr
