I agree. There are no reasons not to have this time control.
I find it useless, not to be mean, to add this time control. You already have hyperbullet and ultrabullet. In my opinion, under 30 seconds is not even chess. The game is just the player who is the quickest to move his pieces. Once again, not to be mean, I think we are good and we should forget this idea of adding 1/8+0 time control on lichess, or as you called Megabullet.

I think the reason Thibault declined it is because it is sorta useless with the fast time controls we have already.
So having 1 more would be great.
As sometimes 1/4 is very long
