Hi, ive Got a problem

Hi, for a long time i cant play from my computer. i can only play from my Laptop or play from my computer with anonymous players, no raiting. can someone help me?

Perhaps you've been IP blocked. If you had multiple accounts which got banned/marked before it's a possibility.
