A karma or comendation type system for players

I just played a game with someone who was really nice and fun to play with, I wish I could give them some kind of internet point just for being so nice, and It can be in your profile, the times people have comended you for being fun to play with or something, It doesnt even have to have like a real 'efect' besides showing who the nice people in the comunity are.

@Aaronus23 you can't give point's but you can leave a note on there profile

I do like the idea of a thumbs up/thumbs down system, especially for individual posts in the forum. A note on their profile is a great idea for positive reviews, however a negative review may be more about the reviewer.
