Let me preface what I am going to say by stating that Lichess is amazing, feature rich, affordable (because free is a pretty good price), and functions smoothly. I am thankful for Lichess. That said, there is one feature that I would find very useful, as I'm sure many others would.
Upon importing a game, and requesting an analysis, it would be nice if you could choose to see the board immediately from Black's side or White's side.
When I'm analyzing my games, I do so by importing them with request analysis turned on; however, every time that I play a black game I have to go into the options and flip the board. That, alone, is a significant time and effort waster since this might be done several times per day per user. Furthermore, there is an issue with the options button, which one must click in order to have the flip board option, being too far to the right if one runs two windows side by side in 1920x1080 which is the most common resolution. This is what I do. Therefore, every time I want to analyze a game from Black's side, I have to paste the .pgn, request analysis, import the game, maximize the window, click the options menu, click the board flip button, click the options menu again, then downsize my window to the half screen in 1920x1080 again.
If a feature could be implemented to set the board perspective state upon import, then none of this would be an issue.
