Green line is not burning

I am a streamer.Sometimes the green line showing that I am playing online appears, burn for 10 min and disappears.Why? People cant see that I amm streaming and I am upset.Today it appeared for 10 min and disappeared for the rest of the stream.What should I do?

Tell Lichess about this issue. This is a bad thing, so you should report this bug.

I sent them report and they sent me the link to their streamers rules.But I am following them.My streamers page was approved, every time in the title of the stream I write lichess.org.What else should I do/Besides today it worked for 10 min and disappeared(((

I have found that the green bar sometimes doesn't appear for the person streaming, but is usually there for viewers. It is a little buggy though.

I have had the same experience. I think @RatchetLodross is correct- the bar isn't visible to the streamer, but it's visible to other people. I suppose this could be tested by having a friend login lichess and tell you what they see.
