Opponents time ticking down - I lose on time

Hey,
a strange thing happened in my game today: lichess.org/KFpgSpBlqA2c

When I had two rooks and three pawns vs. just three pawns left, my opponent offered me a draw, I declined and then he let his clock tick down. I was waiting in front of the game to not miss a possible move when suddenly his time sprung back up, my time showed 0.00 and it said I lost on time. I played on the latest version of the Android App at home with perfect internet connection.

I am guessing it is a bug in transmitting his move from the lichess server to my phone, so I just wanted to report it.

Something like that also happened to me,but i don't know what bug it is.

Probably a connection issue. The opponent moves but you don't receive the move from Lichess. Therefore you see things as if they didn't move.
