Arab–Israeli conflict

Well, what combination of words shall I add to this high level discussion? Perhaps a bit of fresh basil and a squeeze of lemon. Yes. Perfect!
That was just a conflict story and now a religious conflict...
We are in a chess website no?
@IPunishDaddy2007 @Roilegendaire @Official_LLL

Of course this is a religious conflict. The modern "Jewish Question" has become whether or not we (that live bible based lives) have an obligation to defend and provide for Israel and her holy people. I look at Genesis 12:3 “I will bless those who bless you (Israel).” ....and I become convinced very easily that every Christian must stand with ALL Jews to protect and defend them until Christ comes again. I also in places like Ephesians 2:15-16: "15 by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility." We see here that God elevates the gentiles through the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, and so we must protect both the Jews and the Christians.

Though this is an unusual view that I have, I do find it most accurate to scripture. However @IPunishDaddy2007 @Official_LLL @Roilegendaire we all have religion whether we acknowledge it or not and we all worship Gods whether we acknowledge it or not. If you're an atheist, then perhaps you worship yourself and humanism. Perhaps there are those on this website that worship chess and strengths of the mind. Perhaps there are some who have other more sordid idols like abusive sexual practices or racist notions....whatever those idols are, make no mistake, we all serve either God or some idol in one way or another!
@JunkerGeorge I think it's important to make a distinction between idolism and worship. Otherwise both words and their implications are made too cheaply.

In much the same vein, there is a difference between reverence and convenience.
Just pointing this out: in the Middle Ages, Muslim scholars were vital for preserving Jewish culture
@Roilegendaire

Well, I and @Nisko1234 already both quoted the Torah as a cornerstone for our viewpoints. We didn't make use of the Koran due to the same reason we didn't site quotations from "Moby Dick," "Lord of the Rings," "What America Deserves (by Donald Trump)", or any numerous pornographic magazines that happen to have articles contained within them, ....or any other literary work that we do not hold to be the INSPIRED WORD OF GOD. The Koran is nothing more than the ramblings of a self-appointed prophet, probably inspired by Satan himself, who led a "rebellion" and "false teaching" against the holy people of Jesus Christ. The viewpoint of the Musulman need not be examined!
