Player using stockfish during a game not banned

Hi,

I was playing a game in correspondance against a player who used stockfish on Lichess with the same position during the game. Lichess detected it and marked him as cheater but only for the game. Why is this player not banned after such an obvious attempt to cheat?

Next time this player will probably using a different support to not be detected.

Hello, how many times he even uses analysis board , he gets cheat detected , and that is actually not cheating as it can only be done in correspondence/classical and he is cheat detected every time..... This Dont lead to bans @C3H7NO2
