Every so often I have a tournament game where the board appears, but I cannot make a move. By the time control returns, I have timed out and lost. I play from a PC and use Google Chrome. Is there anything I can do?
A separate problem is that whenever my modem resets while I'm playing, I lose the game, despite having time left on my clock.

This has happened to me at least once. Even worse is... I didn't return to the tournament, yet, the software started a new game while I was analyzing my last game in a separate tab.
