Thing is, the impact in interaction kind of counts. What would be the effects of helping and stealing to another? Would it help? Would it infringe rights? Disrespect?

Stealing is a crime. Robin Hood might have stolen just to help the poor, but he's still a criminal however noble his intentions may be. But who doesn't do bad things?
