Stalemate For No Reason

Weird stalemate, why couldn't the king from my point of view moved down one?

I guess white ran out of time so it was ruled a draw, since black only has a king.

Another thing to note is the fact apparently he (black) was the last one to move, for it to have stalemated it must of been me unable to move, why was I unable to move?
Is there another reason it would draw?

The position was repeated 3 times, note that there can be however many other positions in between. Someone either pressed claim draw, or had auto-claim draw on three-fold-repetition turn on in settings.
