hey why everytime i draw i lost point?

there have been 2 games i draw and in both of them i lost points and my opponent wins points, in the first game i made the draw suggestion for the 3 fold repetition rule and i lost 2 point , in the second one i drae because of insuficient material and the game was drawn automaially, and i even lost 2 points and my oppoenent wins 2, even if i has a king and a knight, and he just the king! WTF

You have more rating points. In case of a draw, the rating system takes points from the higher rated player, because he should have had a better result, than a draw.

#1 How exactly were you going to win from that final position? A draw there is correct.

hey @Toadofsky i never meant i won, i meant about the fact even being a draw o lost 2 points, but that was already explained by @sheckley666 (thank you)
