Err if your FIDE rating is 2002, you really don't need any instructions on the basics... that puts you right up there
So either your FIDE is not 2002 or you definitely aren't who you say you are. Or both.

In OTB, I’ve had some success shouting “I Hammerschlag thee, ruffian!” whilst donning a chipmunk costume. I highly recommend this strategy.

As others said, lichess.org/learn and lichess.org/practice first.
Then given your expertise in Tetris, I think you will enjoy bullet chess a lot :). Pattern recognition in short time could be a valuable transferrable skill.
