i keep being paired against myself

Quick-pairing tab works fine. Only pairs me with myself if I use the Create-a-game tab. It started right after I changed my preferences back on the Lobby page that were lost in your most recent update.

i play against 1750s even though i ve choosen 1950+ rating players, why?

If player refusing constantly to play against himself, is it he will be banned for good by system?
If as well plays against himself (if possible), what scoring will then be, regarding actual game result?
